When completing this application you will need:
- Applicant and student details, including date of birth, school and bus operators name(s)
- Centrelink Customer Reference Number from your current concession card (if applicable).
A student bus pass for for free travel provides free travel on one or more fare charging services between home and school. Free travel applies between 06:00 am and 07:00 pm on school days.
Where the student is less than 16 years of age and also the Concession Card holder, the online application system cannot be used, and a
paper application with a photocopy of the concession card will need to be submitted. This is required as it is Centrelink's policy not to release concession details of a
person less than 16 years of age.
